Boalt Hall Law School is part of the public UC Berkeley campus. Established in Berkeley, California in 1894 as the Department of Jurisprudence, Boalt Hall Law School has since grown into one of the nation's top law schools. It is considered to have the best Intellectual Property program in the United States.
