Boston College Law School is located in Newton, Massachusetts. In accordance with the Jesuit/Catholic heritage of Boston College, the law school offers programs in social justice, human rights, and public interest law. It is the first law school to start an online publication (Intellectual Property and Technology Forum).
Students of Boston College Law School can work toward the following degrees among others: Juris Doctor (JD) through a full-time program; Master of Laws (LLM); Juris Doctor/Master of Business Administration (JD/MBA) with the Carroll School of Management; Juris Doctor/Master of Social Work (JD/MSW) with the Graduate School of Social Work; Juris Doctor/Master of Education (JD/MEd) with the Lynch School of Education.
Centers that are available for students of Boston College Law School are: Center for Corporate Citizenship; Center for Ignatian Spirituality; Institute for the Study and Promotion of Race and Culture; Urban Ecology Institute; Center for East Europe, Russia and Asia. International efforts are further promoted through the Boston College Law School study-abroad programs that give students the option of spending a semester in London or The Hague.
