Our goal is simple: give prospective law students accurate, neutral, source-cited facts — each school's location, whether it is public or private, and that it grants the Juris Doctor (J.D.) — organized by state so you can do your own research.
We are not a law school, an admissions office, or a ranking publication, and we are not affiliated with the ABA. We do not rank schools and we make no promises about admission, bar passage, employment, or salary. The accreditation and degree framing on our pages is drawn from reputable sources including the ABA list of approved law schools, the ABA Required Disclosures portal, and U.S. Department of Education IPEDS data.
